Terms of Service Agreement
for Spectrum Dance Center

All students must make a reservation to attend classes during trial week or outside of specially enrolled class. Reservations/enrollment are required for participation in all programs. Students may change the date of their reservation but must ensure the new date is confirmed. 

Spectrum Dance Center offers a one-week trial for $39.99. Non-Refundable Fee: The fee for the trial week is non-refundable once payment is received. Students may utilize their trial week within one year from the date of payment. The trial week may be transferred or gifted to another person within the one-year period. In cases of medical issues or relocation where the student cannot utilize their trial week, please contact us for the possibility of a case-specific solution. 

Students can choose to pre-pay for one year or six months of classes. All pre-paid amounts (for both annual and six-month programs) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Enrollment is subject to the availability of classes.

Students can opt for a month-to-month payment plan. - Students must enroll for a minimum of three consecutive months. - Payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

To unenroll from a program, students must provide a 30-day notice before the intended last class date. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the obligation to pay for an additional month of classes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. All financial transactions will be processed in accordance with our payment policies.

Spectrum Dance Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs or from the use of any content provided through our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
